Exosome Regenerative Therapy
Exosome therapy is a treatment that enhances the body’s natural healing abilities by targeting specific cells, particularly in areas of concern within the body. We primarily offer exosome infusions, along with other menu options such as hyaluronic acid injections.
The “Human Placenta & Dental Pulp Stem Cell Supernatant” is a solution obtained from carefully selected donors, where human tissues (placenta) are harvested, stem cells are cultured, and then the original stem cells are removed, leaving behind the supernatant. This supernatant contains exosomes, cytokines, and over 500 other growth factors released during the cultivation process, which are believed to have excellent reparative effects on aging tissues. Additionally, it includes stem cell supernatant derived from human dental pulp, known for its superior effect on nerve cell regeneration.

We utilize supernatants such as “SCS” exosomes (extracellular vesicles) used during the cultivation of human stem cells and “HGF” exosomes (extracellular vesicles) derived from placental stem cell culture. These exosomes are rich in growth factors and cytokines, which promote the circulation cycle (turnover) of healthy cells.
Our goal is to promote cellular activation and rejuvenation from within the body, aiming for a youthful appearance.
PRP Skin Regeneration Therapy
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy is an innovative cosmetic treatment that utilizes one’s own cells to achieve long-lasting results. At SSC Beauty Clinic, we perform PRP therapy without the addition of growth factors such as FGF (fibroblast growth factor). We use a government-approved MyCell kit for this procedure.
PRP therapy involves injecting plasma containing high concentrations of platelets to stimulate tissue regeneration, improving signs of skin aging such as wrinkles and fine lines. PRP is created by concentrating plasma extracted from your own blood.
By injecting PRP with excellent repair functions, collagen and elastin production becomes more active. This revitalizes aged skin lacking elasticity and moisture retention, particularly in individuals over 40, leading to skin regeneration effects.
PRP therapy is gentle on the skin with minimal risk of allergic reactions. We offer various menu options including hyaluronic acid injections and localized injections as part of our PRP treatment services.
Dermal Fibroblast Cultured Cell Transplantation Therapy (Stem Cell Treatment)
This advanced anti-aging skin regeneration therapy involves transplanting one’s own dermal fibroblast cells, which are stem cells, for treatment. The procedure does not involve surgery or injections of substances such as fat or foreign materials; instead, it cultivates and transplants the patient’s own skin cells.
By transplanting and multiplying fibroblast cells (skin cells) that have decreased due to aging or damage from factors like UV rays, this therapy restores the skin to its natural state before the onset of aging symptoms (before the decrease in fibroblast cells). Since it involves transplanting one’s own cells, it is highly safe and has rejuvenating effects such as improving skin firmness and reducing wrinkles, while also slowing down the aging process.
To cultivate cells, skin is harvested from behind the ear, and the cells are cultured at a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare-approved cell culture center. The cultivated skin cells are then transplanted to the desired area of concern.
ACRS Therapy
ACRS (Anti-inflammatory Cytokine and Growth Factor-Rich Serum) therapy involves extracting and amplifying “anti-inflammatory cytokines” and “growth factors” contained in one’s own blood, which are then injected into the skin. This treatment suppresses inflammation and various symptoms, resulting in anti-aging effects, primarily through the use of hyaluronic acid injections.
Growth factors contained in ACRS include:
・FGF: Tissue repair, collagen production, hyaluronic acid production
・EGF: Promotion of epithelial cell growth, angiogenesis, wound healing
・PDGF: Cell proliferation, angiogenesis/repair, collagen production
・TGF-β: Proliferation/new formation of epithelial cells and vascular endothelial cells, promotion of wound healing
・VEGF: Proliferation/new formation of vascular endothelial cells
ACRS leads to translucent, radiant skin with firmness and luster, creating a healthy complexion. It also improves skin elasticity and can be effective in treating wrinkles, dullness, and sagging, as well as difficult-to-treat wrinkles around the eyes. Injecting ACRS into the scalp can also yield significant results in improving thinning hair and promoting hair growth.
Due to the anti-inflammatory cytokines released, ACRS therapy can also be effective in addressing inflammatory issues such as acne, redness, rough skin, inflammation-related pigmentation, and other related concerns.
